Wedding DJ – Five Crowns – Corona Del Mar

I Love this Venue! If you are having a wedding in Corona Del Mar or Newport Coast then your top of the list “must see” venue should be the Five Crowns! I can not say enough amazing things about this venue! Five Crowns is absolutely beautiful! Five Crowns has a ceremony garden that flows together with a gorgeous outdoor patio that transitions into the reception area. It is perfect! I do want to also say that you can tell a lot about a venue or any business by the people they have working for them and Five Crowns does not disappoint at all. Five Crowns has some of the best staff I ever worked with. Two of the staff members I would really like to mention and who I had the absolute pleasure of working with, is the sales and marketing manager, Alison Robbins and the event manager, Adam Peyton. They both could not be more professional, on top of things and were an absolute joy to work with in every way! Also, I have to mention the service staff. If I knew all there names I would list them as well. Five Crowns service staff runs smoother than a Swiss watch. Talk about a staff that anticipates the clients needs…unbelievably amazing!

Wedding DJ-Falkner Winery Temecula

If you are looking for an amazing winery to have your ceremony and reception, then look no further than Falkner Winery in Temecula!  This stunning winery is set up in a perfect way for a wedding. You have the ceremony downstairs with a beautiful lush walkway. The cocktail hour is in the barrel room also located downstairs. Finally the reception room is upstairs with gorgeous views of the vineyards. The upstairs dining room has a unique floor plan that is perfect for a wedding reception. The couple is positioned on the window side of the room the DJ is across the dance floor directly across from the couple. On one side of the dance floor is all the seating for dinner and across from the guest seating is the bar area. Everything is centrally located around the dance floor which increases the energy and really utilizes the space of the room! Magnifico! Also, I have to say a huge Thank You to Cassie. What a wonderful dynamite venue coordinator! If you book a wedding here do yourself a favor and request Cassie you’ll be glad you did!

Now on to our couple Kristina & Fermin and what an amazing couple they are . These two have the greatest energy together! They are super cool cats and are an absolute joy to work with! Such positive, energetic, outgoing, and fun with a capital F.U.N. personalities! Really awesome couple and I feel really lucky to have had the opportunity and fortunate to be a part of there big day! Thank you for being you!

I also had the pleasure of meeting and working with Jaclyn & Erik Ryan of O’Ryan Empire Photography. This husband and wife photography team was amazing to work with. Wedding DJ – Los Angeles – Swiss Park Whittier

If you are planning a wedding in the Whittier are of Los Angeles I would absolutely recommend you check out Swiss Park Banquet Center. Swiss Park Banquet Center  is a venue that specializes in weddings and events. They specialize in weddings so much so that they have a cool hallway with the walls decorated with many photos from past weddings that they have had. Swiss Park Banquet Center is an easy location to get to not far from the 605 freeway. This venue offers a beautiful ceremony area and two banquet rooms to accommodate large and small weddings and events. Swiss Park Banquet Center also has substantial parking accommodations which is always super helpful. Once you visit the venue It is easy to see that Swiss Park appreciates and takes care of the clientele it serves. Speaking of taking care of people my contact at the venue is Erika and she was fantastic to work with, super helpful and a total professional!

What a perfect wedding day this wedding was. It’s as if all the stars lined up for this one. First star, we are at The Heritage Museum. Second Star, I am super lucky to be working with one of the best caterers in the business Diana Perkins from Country Garden Caterers. If you need a caterer who will go far above and beyond for you and give you the absolute best treatment, then contact Diana you will not regret it. She is awesome! I don’t know where she keeps her cape and wand but, I know she has them because I have seen her make magic happen on multiple occasions. Diana’s staff is also some of the hardest working, friendliest, and most helpful you will come by at a wedding ever!  Third star, I got a chance to meet and work with some vendors I didn’t know. People like Videographer Doug Reynolds from WeddingVideoDR.com. The guy, rocking the photo booth, Andrew from www.bonstempsoc.com, also, the very wonderful The Rev. Dr. Beth Kelly saintandrewsrector@gmail.com and finally a super cool photographer Robert Yee. Robert was awesome to work with and was always in the right spot at the right time to take the right shots. Robert also, supplied most of the images your about to see below. If your looking for a great lens man, check Robert out. All of these vendors worked together to make this wedding a success and it was way more than a success. It was an amazing success!.

Speaking of the stars lining up, let me introduce the two main stars of this wonderful wedding, Megan and Chris! I met Megan and Chris at a bridal show and we hit it off right away. Megan and Chris wanted their wedding to be unique to them, so we started discussing all the ways we could accomplish this for them. Megan and Chris are super cool with fun personalities and great energy. I could not have asked for better clients If I tried. I was lucky to be able to work with them and help them with their big day!

Wedding DJ – Inland Empire – Ponte Winery Temecula

Weddings at the wineries in Temecula have become a super popular hot spot to get married at! Temecula has the three W’s: wine, weather, and wine. Several of these wineries are gorgeous with lush landscapes and multiple locations to choose from for both your ceremony and reception area’s. Also, several, such as Ponte Winery also have hotel accommodations. If you are planning a wedding in Temecula, at a winery, you must check out Ponte Winery. Ponte Winery is a sizable venue with many options for wedding couples and there guests to choose from. My favorites at Ponte is the Vineyard Pavilion for the reception and the Vineyard Garden for the ceremony. For this particular wedding, the ceremony was at the Pond and the reception was in the Barrel room.

I must give credit where credit is due. I had the pleasure of meeting and working with a wonderful photographer, Tracy Dodson with Tracy Dodson Photography. Tracy is a total pro, down to earth, and had a great sense of humor! Great vendors make great events and Tracy was beyond great. All of these photographs, Tracy was kind enough to provide. And as you can see from the photos below she knows how to handle a camera and she knows how to bring the best out in people!

Speaking about the best in people, brings me to the lovely couple in this wedding, Natalie and Bobby. I could not have asked for nicer clients. From the beginning to the end they were just absolute pleasures to work with in every aspect! All I can say is I am lucky they chose me to help with their big day! Also, I am a sucker for any couple that involves there pooch in the wedding! Here is a small sample of how their day unfolded. Enjoy!

Wedding DJ – Orange County – Black Gold Golf Club Yorba Linda

Planning an Orange County wedding or event in Yorba Linda?  I will tell you hands down one of the best venues available, is Black Gold Golf Club! I have been fortunate enough to have had the opportunity to perform events at this venue for the last several years. The standard of professionalism, dedication, and overall quality of this unique jewel tucked away in the foothills of a beautiful Yorba Linda neighborhood, is a true gift for those lucky enough to experience it. Black Gold runs as smooth and seamless as a Swiss watch. You literally have a team of support making sure your experience with them second to none. From the Catering Sales Associates Megan Ramirez and Callie Beebe to the Director of Food & Beverage Jon Lyng. Each one going out of there way to assure you are happy and your day is a success. Speaking of Black Gold staff members that go out of there way and then go a lot further, I have to mention an absolute wonderful dynamic individual, catering captain Kathy Hartley. If Kathy is at your event, I can guarantee it will be taken care of to a “T”. Kathy is a true professional. Kathy, sets a great example by being pro-active, taking action and getting things handled, she foresees an issue, corrects it, and has it resolved immediately. Kathy only has one game, and that is her A-game. It is a real pleasure working with her. She is one of the few people I have seen be in five places at once, all while maintaining her cool, and doing it with a big smile, and a great attitude. Truly remarkable! Also, at this particular wedding, another super helpful Black Gold employee, Harold Pierce was nice enough to shoot some images of our bride and I want to share a few of Harold’s images with you. Now that I have discussed about the phenomenal team at Black Gold, let me not forget to mention the meticulously taken care of venue, the sprawling breathtaking views, and the mouthwatering cuisine,e and the fully stocked bar!



Now, on to our wonderful couple Chandra and Trenton. I really liked this couple from the moment we meet. They both have great energy and up beat, positive personalities, and you could tell they loved each other very much! We talked for a while about what they were looking for in there wedding. I explained how I could help them achieve there wedding goals, and the rest is history. I think there guest count was around a hundred and twenty people, but what great energy and life from this group, so much fun! This crowd had the energy of a crowd twice that size. The ceremony couldn’t have been prettier with nicer weather if you tried, not a cloud in the sky. Chandra and Trenton really look great together and as you can see in the photos, they complimented each other just right. The reception was high energy, non stop back to back fun. Chandra and Trenton are truly surrounded by people who really love and care for them, and it shows.

Two other great things happened at this wedding. I had the pleasure meeting and working with Clinton Ermey from CaliCreative Photography and as you’ll see in the photos below, Clinton is a pro and knows how to capture phenomenal images. This wedding was a blast but, it was thanks to Clinton for capturing all of these moments of joy and happiness while they were happening. Clinton had to be in the moment, to know what the reactions were going to be and you don’t get that from a lot of photographers. A photographer might be physically there but, their head is not in the game. Clinton was definitely in the game.  Clinton’s work is stellar and he was also a super down to earth and a cool guy to work with. If you are in need of a photographer, I would highly recommend him. These photos and the quality speak for themselves. I also had the pleasure of meeting Tim Parsons from Automatic Photo Booth. Tim kept the photo booth packed all night, has a great set up, and really took care of the guests, making sure everyone was happy! A little after dinner, the couple is escorted to certain key locations for sunset photos. Also, Clinton did such a great job with these photos, it almost looks like the backdrop is fake, but I can assure you it’s real. This is when the right timing, the right location, and the right photographer, with the right couple, sync together for beautiful photos!

Patricia is a total rock star when it comes to events and ensuring even the smallest of details are taken care of. Patricia is very proactive, professional, positive and just a great person to work with!

Now on to our wonderful couple Jenny and Don. Jenny and Don were looking for an Orange County Wedding DJ and contacted me; after we spoke we clicked right away. Jenny and Don are a very hardworking couple. Don is a specialist in the Army, and I help out all those who serve in the military; Jenny is a baker extraordinaire. Jenny was even picking up extra shifts at her work just days away from her wedding and that is a very admirable quality. On top of being such hard workers they are also both super cool and a real pleasure to work with. Their wedding was a blast, everyone had such a great time.

Also, at Jenny and Don’s wedding I got a chance to meet and work with photographer Daniel Peckham from Tracing Light Photography. Daniel is a way cool guy to work with and as you can see, he knows his way around a camera lens. Wedding DJ – Orange County – Proud Mary’s Dana Point

If you are planning a wedding or event in Dana Point, then I would highly advise checking out Proud Mary’s located in the harbor. This was my first time working at this venue and I was very impressed! Proud Mary’s is a gorgeous venue in a beautiful location with breathtaking views of the harbor and a staff that is absolutely second to none! Proud Mary’s has a great vibe and energy. Proud Mary’s is just one of those places that you feel good right when you walk in the door and that good feeling last’s even after you’ve left.  If your having a wedding or an event, believe me, you want to have a place with great energy. You also want a staff that is happy to be there and is proactive in helping out. Proud Mary’s staff couldn’t have been more friendly or more on top of their game. Very impressive and refreshing. Weddings and events are an industry that revolve around taking great care of people and Proud Mary’s definitely knows how to do that!  Proud Mary’s has an awesome large covered patio area, good size full bar-cocktail area, delicious cuisine, and a top notch staff. Proud Mary’s has you covered!

I had two other firsts at this event. One I had the pleasure of meeting and working with the photographer Chrissie Kirk of Bella Luce Photography .  She was awesome to work with and an absolute professional. Not only does she do fantastic work, she also does a lot of work with military families and that speaks volumes about her as a person. When she is finished with the photos I will do an update to showcase her work from this event. It has only been a little over a week and artists take time to make things right. My second was working with event planner Jenny Domingo. Jenny was sharp, quick, and constantly in action. It is a great dynamic working with someone who brings there A-game. I will have an update for Jenny’s contact info soon.

Now about our lovebirds Charla & Michael. From our first phone call we really hit it off. Charla and Mike have awesome, fun, and outgoing personalities! These two complement each other so well and it is great seeing people so in love. They explained to me how they wanted their wedding to be and their ideas for their big day! When you have a couple like this, that is in love and on the same page, you have all the right ingredients for an extraordinary wedding! Also, Michael is in the military and I fully support the military and appreciate all they do for us, so it was absolutely my pleasure helping this wonderful couple out! Wedding DJ – Inland Empire – Star Ranch Corona

The demand for weddings with a rustic western feel has definitely grown over the years. If your planning a wedding and want a rustic, outdoor, ranch, old western town vibe and are looking for something different and unique, then I have the place for you. The venue is called Star Ranch and it is literally its own secluded large venue/ranch high in the mountains in Corona. This is an excellent venue for those brides and grooms who want to wear their cowboy boots when they’re saying there I do’s. The Star Ranch is also a horse ranch and it allows the bride and grooms to incorporate their love of horses into their wedding day. The view from this venue is breathtaking. The Star Ranch even does a special something during the ceremony for the couples. For instance, sometimes during a ceremony, couples might choose to do a rose, sand, candle, or tree ceremony and so-on however, the Star Ranch creates a special branding metal design for each couple and during the ceremony, the couple takes the brand out of the fire and brands a piece of leather together to keep for themselves as a symbol of their love on their wedding day. Another unique feature of the Star Ranch is, during the cocktail hour a few of the staff members assist the guests with doing a quick draw demonstration and its pretty cool. I have to hand it to the staff at Star Ranch, not only do they do things in their own creative way, they put 100% effort into what they’re doing. Now on to our couple…..

Misty and Joe are a wonderful couple who contacted me about there day and we hit it off right away. I really like these two and it was an absolute pleasure being able to help them with there day! They new what they wanted, they just needed the right Orange County DJ who knows country music and classic rock n’ roll  to help them put everything together. Not only are Misty and Joe adorable together they are super cool and totally down to earth. They have great energy together and this cool Rock n’ Roll Country vibe style that really compliments them as a couple. Misty and Joe are a one of a kind couple and they wanted their wedding to be a one of a kind as well! Misty & Joe knew the theme they wanted for their day, the music, the vibe, they wanted to have beautiful horses involved on there wedding day and they certainly picked the right venue to accomplish all of this. During the ceremony Misty made a beautiful entrance on a gorgeous Belgium Draft horse and when the ceremony was finished both Misty and Joe made their exit on two other beautiful horses. I have had several clients ask about the different aspects of having a private residence or backyard wedding idea with me. I want to say that absolutely, you can have a awesome wedding within this dynamic. Of course, some of the things to consider are the guest count, size of property, available parking, noise restrictions, and vendor access, to name a few. However, with some careful planning and the right key people on your side this is easily accomplished.
